There are many things we loved about Lamar School. From the academic excellence to the individual attention to the sense of community. Lamar School was home for us until we relocated out of state for a job opportunity. We enrolled the kids in a well known independent school and were curious how they would transition. We can't say enough good things about how well prepared they were. They were above target academically and they felt confident and empowered making the move much easier for our family. We will always cherish our time at Lamar School and the opportunities for our children to grow in a Christian environment.

With almost two decades of experience in education, Erin Honeycutt has always had a passion for inspiring a love of learning. While Honeycutt is an alumna of Lamar School and her family is originally from Meridian, she spent most of her childhood living all across the country, never attending the same school for more than three years. These varied experiences gave her a unique perspective on education.
