Members of Lamar’s High School Choir, Raider Harmony, recently performed at Mississippi State University, joining students from across the state for an unforgettable choral experience. In less than two days, the group learned and performed five songs in three different languages, a remarkable accomplishment!

Among the participants, Ann Lockeridge Waller was one of only 12 students selected for a private voice lesson and the opportunity to compete for a $500 scholarship.

Secondary Music Instructor Carrie Owens shared how proud she is of her students, noting that they “learned a lot and represented Lamar School with academic excellence.”
